Just to see what it was like ~

Nothing otherworldly
But then
Through the window I could see
The sights of everyday holy mysteries
The sun shining
People sitting with a smile
Friends
New ones too
All this was enough
Enough to say thank you
Enough to know I had more than I needed
And that I was happy
To stand under a halo
And see
