Today we vote on who we want to be. London Mayor. 

In my view Sadiq Khan has done a good job. 

The main issue for him is the extension of The Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) to the outer boroughs of London. For those not in the UK, this is a charge on older vehicles with toxic exhaust emissions. It has been in place in Central London for a while.

There has been plenty of warnings plus a £2K vehicle scrappage incentive to help Londoners buy less polluting vehicles.

Worth it, you would have thought for the future health of our children and the planet. HUGELY divisive in the outer London boroughs. Unsurprisingly the Conservative candidate plans to drop it.
