CONGRATULATIONS

I made this photo last night at the local high school's Scholarship Awards program.

This young lady got the big prize, the Herbert V. Kohler scholarship in the amount of $100,000 USD.  It is offered every year to only one special student in Sheboygan County and this is the second time our little school has had a recipient.  It's a very challenging process involving an essay and personal interviews with the "higher ups" in the system before a final selection is made.
~
Straight A student; National Honor Society; wrote a perfect ACT college aptitude exam; athlete.  She will major in Chemical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison next fall.
