How many?

So, we've been along here again to exercise the franchise. I had my new driving licence as ID - it's just been renewed - and they finally found my address after lots of asking me to repeat it. 

I had three voting slips. The first one was a straightforward "pick one" for the Police & Crime Commissioner. Next it was "pick two from eight" for the town council - I vaguely know one of the candidates. Finally, "pick no more than thirteen" from an exceptionally long list for the parish council. I only recognised two names, so I picked them and didn't bother with another eleven random choices. Goodness knows who all of these people are, but I hope that they are satisfied with the outcome.
