Pretty in Pink!

As part of the Council's duties we carry out spot checks at school proms evenings to ensure that the vehicles hired to bring the young people to the prom are safe and licensed. Larger vehicles, like this Hummer, are inspected by VOSA. Just look at the tihngs they do to ensure passengers safety!

The VOSA people were telling us that the Hummers are normally the safest. Well, they are built like tanks!
