Meadowlarks

The fields by my uncles have housed meadowlarks for the last two years. I am not a fan of fracking but the gas lines run through the field across the road and next to his property which has resulted in the two farms in this area leaving those fields alone, even though apparently you can mow over them. so the larks moved in and it is wonderful to hear them  and more fun to see when they comet of the fields and hang out on the wires. They are almost impossible to spot in the high grass.
