Birthday cake

B’s birthday today. I had my 6 week post cataract surgery appointment at the optician in Ilkley booked so it was an opportunity to treat him to lunch at Bettys.  We mentioned that it was his birthday and the waitress brought him this.  
All is good with my eye, a new lens ordered for my latest glasses.  She’s not referring me for the left eye yet as it’s not ready.
Back home and friends called with cards for the birthday boy.
