Reed beds
I managed an early walk again and was rewarded by seeing a Kingfisher not once but twice. First was it flying under a bridge the. I saw it fishing just to the right of these reed beds.
The reed beds had both Reed Bunting and Sedge Warbler appearing and disappearing.
A very grey day, the highlight was Toasted Teacakes and Coffee for elevenses at Brambles Cafe above Langdale CO-OP Chapel Stile.
