Dreich

Searching for light on a very grey day, I eventually resorted to using flash!   Everything - including humans and dogs - outside has got coated by the wrap-around drizzle that has been persistent for much of the day.  Hopefully the forecast is correct as things may improve tomorrow and most of the week ahead is predicted to b dry, brighter and warmer.  I really shouldn't be needing my woolly hat in May .... but I have at times so far!

A long shift at Kings Cafe.  Not very busy, I didn't need a snooze when I got home for a change.  Meg's had a couple of short walks, she's not keen on this weather either.  A quiet evening in, fish and cauliflower cheese featured on the home menu with a fresh baked sponge after.  I have those dishes started at pottery last night to play with :-)
