She is still limping lightly after getting up. Still on medication, but I should stop medication now. Guess I will be back at the vets next week. 

Any recommendations to help with arthritis and back problems in a dog?

Superb, funny hack with Willow and a friend on her horse Nevin, tiny jumps and many laughs involved. I am totally convinced that horse-riding made my lumbago so much better. I can still feel it, but it was defo much worse after getting out of bed this morning compared to now. 

Squeezed in a few hours of work, too.
