A Sign Feeding Frenzy

Lisa saw a blurb on her Facebook page that our city would be selling off its surplus of old traffic signs.

I have to ask...why do people like traffic signs? Why do I like traffic signs? Somebody in the group of maybe 100+ buyers said..."I think it's all about the nostalgia." People were buying up STOP and YIELD signs, PARKING and NO PARKING signs, and the street signs that they lived near or on.

We bought the 3 pictured, plus a 2nd STOP sign, and 2 other street signs that either Lisa or I lived on. Great fun, and they will be displayed in our garage or in our back yard.
