Chocolate Florentines

I was trying to make my first chocolate Florentines this evening, but got stuck on the first hurdle. They had all merged into one very large Florentine and stuck to the grease proof paper.

However, I cut two sizeable pieces, poured some melted Green & Black chocolate on top (yes, I know, it's supposed to be on the bottom) and gave them to Ian and Linda who didn't complain about the paper. Good to have an appreciative audience for my quirky baking skills ;o)
