Venison

Venison seared with five spice and smoked salt, carrot salad with strawberry vinegar and powdered damask rose petals, and steamed radishes with amchur. Wine: Château Capbern St. Esthèphe 2019.

This was a fantastic Friday dinner. I had some fun getting creative with the spice cabinet tonight.
