Inside out

I've been taking a class where the idea is to find a landscape or a landscape painting and put it in a window, then do a still life in front. I've used the class to relearn how to use acrylic paints. So lots of challenges and it's been fun. 

Yesterday I had my steroid injection and I had to go by wheelchair because I couldn't walk. It was a ghastly day and I could hardly sleep. But I woke up feeling terrific, walking easily and able to stand for good accounts of time. I was thrilled. Let's hope it lasts.
