Shade for Reg!

Hooray the sun is shining and it lasted a good part of the day! I even managed to get bedding on the washing line and get it dry, first time in more than six months, what a joy! Despite the temperature of just 14°C I was hot in the garden I had to change into my shorts. We are lucky to have a south facing garden which means we have the sun all day, when it's out. There was also no wind which makes a huge difference at our 1500ft. I had to make Reg his little shady spot so he could lie out and enjoy it. He was trying to cram himself into a small shady spot created by a 25cm high wall, clearly not sufficient! 
I spent the day between pottering with plants and sitting and enjoying the sunshine. Later in the afternoon it did cloud over and I had to put on my long trousers for a walk round the village with Reg. 
It gave me a little hope that we may get some Spring before it is officially summer!
