A PROBLEM

Returning home from the weekly visit to Farnham....the sat nav asked if we wanted to take a faster route.....faster by 7 minutes. We went for it and it changed our direction to the M20....OK....no problem.
10 minutes in........we have a puncture.

This is a new car....and doesn't apparently have a spare wheel. You pump some jollop into the broken tyre....it glues the inside and pressure rises so you can at least get home/garage....no problem.....supposedly.
When the hole in the tyre is quite big
.....that doesn't work......problem.. You then have wasted 15 minutes delaying your call to RAC ( other car help agencies are available)..... someone will be with you in about 60 - 90 minutes....problem.

You are not supposed to sit in your car on the side of the motorway for safety reasons......but Thursday night at 6pm on the side of the M20 was "freezing"....
It was horrible... I dd have a coat and scarf for some warmth and a high vis for safety....but it was too cold......I took my chances and sat in the car.

Recovery came thankfully after about 20 minutes he was friendly, fast and efficient......until he was removing the pneumatic jack and the car came down quicker than expected and banged him on the back....he laughed it off....but I was the mad woman on the side if the M20 shouting expletives.
