Night walk

After a day of DIY and shopping, I said goodbye to R who is away until Sunday on a writing weekend, and then walked to the pub in the village. I saw a few people I knew there, but spent most of the time talking to Martin and his friend Richard, who is another West Ham fan. Drank more than I should have but it was fun and walked home in the dark, where the sky was clear and star filled. The tree seemed to have a sparkle to it as well
