What, no umbrella?

I was pleased to receive a couple of invites to fill a vacant Friday evening.

The first was for a pizza night at the parents with the wider family and the second was from my brother-in-law asking if I fancied a drink and a chat. Which I did. So we did and had a really nice evening visiting a couple of bars in Kendal that I hadn’t actually been to before.

He is a very fine fellow and deliverer of some sage advice - especially after he’s had a couple of G&Ts.

We rounded off our boys night with some cocktails.

You can’t tell, but I was devastated at the absence of one of those little umbrellas…
