Thursdays with Isla

This afternoon we hit the beach. It was a beautiful afternoon with just a little breeze. We packed our stuff up which consisted of deck chair, camera, kindle, ice cream money (me). Bucket, spade, rake, sun cream , sun hat, juice and broken down mobile phone(Isla) .We settled ourselves down on the beach, the tide was in and we had a lovely time. Isla dances... she finds music to dance to in everything, the birds singing or her just feeling happy....Today it was the sea. She is so happy to just sit and entertain herself, she chatters constantly to herself and to me. She says hiya to every one. We sat and had an ice cream with a chocolate flake Isla had a cherry one as she loves anything thing pink or pink tinged.
This tea time we had a sea feast, Isla and her mum and my son Danny stayed for tea we had all different types of shell fish and seafood which we picked and nibbled on. Isla's favorite as usual was garlic bread.
This is a late blip as I have just finished sorting out in the kitchen after tea and watering up my plants, pheww.
