Uprise and Shine

We went to see my brother talk at this Freedom Network event, just up the road at Netherfield.
Alan lives 180 miles away near Leicester, I don't get to see him much, but we communicate often.
He's 5 years older than me and was a hugely influential role model for me.
His talk covered a wide array of subject matter: love, nutrition, suicide, trauma, health and positive energies. All things he has experienced himself. The hour passed quickly. 

It was lovely to share the moment.
