Jane!

Well the last day of my winter painting sabbatical happened today!   I felt ok actually, feels like i achieved the goals i set out to achieve 4 months ago!  Did a bit of painting....just to use up the paint on my palette pad....getting a canvas ready for the next time i can paint.  I also did something that i love doing....mixing a variety of reds in this case, trying to figure out what that red i used in another painting was comprised of!!!  Not always easy, but with some figuring out i managed to come close to the red i wanted!

Jane came over around 5sh, with Gracie.....and we had a lovely hour or so drinking some wine, and talking art!  Then i made a chicken curry and Terry joined us and we had a lovely dinner together.
