A busy day in the office, but an early finish, K was entered in the area sports 150m run today, here he is running in his heat, qualifying in first place.

I decided to watch the final rather than photograph it, K went on to take an early lead & on hold on for victory, to say we are proud of him is a very big understatement.
K & his teammates also came 2nd in 4 x 100m relay final.
