Whiskers

A chilly but most beautiful day dawned with an invigorating and most peaceful stroll along the northern edge of the commons with Logan and L.
Plenty of bird life, two tree creepers exiting me the most.
Sharing a warm beverage in the camper van with the sun now warming my body back up to normal was memorable.
The rest of my day was spent tinkering with the van, shopping, and generally enjoying the spring sunshine we were blessed with.
Today was the last day of our town’s May fair festivities, music and dance being today’s theme. These friendly whiskered Locals were wondering around the town socialising with anyone interested.
Late evening Soon arrived as L and one of her ducklings to help push Auntie uphill to town as she wanted to see the new version of the carnival which was generally a fancy dress parade. We all enjoyed a famous local ice cream each before returning home.
My lasting memories of the May fair will unfortunately, be the incessant booming of music from the funfair which is literally 400 yards away as the noise flies;)
