Yvonne was not well enough for parkrun but Gordon and his light sabre did a great job as our RD this week with some film references in the run brief.

I went off too quickly and talked too much as usual.

Stayed afterwards to pack away in our new shed. Shopping and car washing completed the day and I wentxto bed very tired.
