Busy Saturday

Oh what a lot of fun today! A swim in the sea where we did actual face in swimming for the first time this year. Went home and had just got out of the shower when Tracy, who has been in hospital since January,, texted to say she was on the beach. She came out of hospital on Thursday and we had just missed her. Skipped back down with assorted neighbours, it was so amazing to see her back in the real world.

Quick turn around, picked up Cat for some garden centre and garden touring. Quick lunch, home for the final touches to my rhubarb pavlova and off to Kate’s annual May party. V good fun as ever- it was v hot sat in the sun. Kate had asked so nicely that the Diana dress got an outing. All very good, home to catch up on the Grand Prix. A really lovely day!
