Earlier Ipswich confirmed what was always likely after Leeds' abject showing at QPR last week and got the point that meant they finished second and got automatic promotion. Leeds couldn't even finish with a win at home, losing to Southampton. They head into the play-offs on a poor run of form that wouldn't bode well for a team with a good record in play-offs, let alone one as bad as Leeds have. Spartans scored a late winner at East Fife though, to leapfrog Dumbarton and set up a two-legged play-off semi-final against Peterhead. Should be close - in four league matches between the two the home team hasn't won once with Spartans winning 1-0 twice up the road and losing and drawing at home.
