Pansy or Viola

I'm not sure what this is, but they've been in these two pots a while and I thought they'd died off (they look quite messy!)  but this and two other buds in one pot.  What to do?

Another easy start.  I was hoping to catch our church service online via one of three places its supposed to be on - but the online part wasn't working, not sure why.

So I've had a pottering day.  I've planted some more seeds - non of the previous ones lasted.  This time they are all under pots and also the pots are held down with pea sticks - anyone else might think this is mad - but I've got a cat....

I''ve also planted out the only sweet pea that grew out of a whole packet of 20.  I've planted it in a big pot, as hopefully then it won't be disturbed and I can water it regularly.

I made the mistake of not taking the painkillers after lunch yesterday because the knee pain wasn't so bad - and last night it came back...hence the easy day.

I am planning to go to the evening service though.

Off to have a rest now, then cook an early roast chicken and veg before going out :)

Lovely to have all the windows open today for the first time this spring.  The kitchen is quite difficult to reach as its over the sink, but I managed it today :)
