I lost a chunk of my day to school, and I fear the rest of the week is going to be like that. Still I go back in time to prepare a load of veg for roasting before I went to collect the Minx from the station. 

When we got back, she took over the cooking duties while I watched an episode of 'For All Mankind' with Izzy (albeit remotely), before sitting down to eat. 

It was delicious, although the Minx was appalled to find I'd put in a whole bulb of garlic.
