I danced 10,000 steps last night, so an impressive total overall. I just couldn't get my arse into gear this morning!

Hetty and Clive went to the Gallops whilst I had a slow start but I did manage a bit of cleaning before they came home.

Hetty and I went walking in the late afternoon and I feel much better for it!

Dinner is now in the oven.

Mild and damp. Next week promises good weather.
