Bullseye?

Today was carer’s change day at my mother’s, and as usual, I was on taxi duty. So I got up at seven, fed the cats and had a quick coffee, before I drove to the main station to pick up E from her bus..

As I waited in the empty car park, another car pulled up next to mine, and this guy appeared. He was waiting for a friend or colleague traveling from Poland on the same bus.

I was impressed - not so much by his tattoos, but his choice (or rather lack) of clothes. It was a chilly 11°C, and everyone else was wearing warm sweaters and/or jackets. I wonder if he had just been out running, or simply didn’t feel the cold at all.

As for the rest of the day, B and I went for our walk at lunchtime, and then I drove back to my mother’s house to take J to her bus home to Gdansk.

It was a long day and I am tired now, but also relieved that E is back and looking after my mother again. I’ll hopefully sleep better now.
