Orange you glad

This isn't a bird?
I actually got a lot of hawk shots today - a few of what I think is one of the babies from the nest tree. AND I think I saw my first ever peregrine falcon - as I was leaving the grocery store I saw a biggish bird on the water tower - too small to be a hawk so I figured maybe a kestrel. I took a picture with the point and shoot because the battery was dead in my other camera. When I got home and checked the bird book, I couldn't believe it. The picture wasn't the greatest, but I'm still excited about seeing it.
