Many fun hours were spent.....

.....in the park.

Orla was good at swimming first thing again and as the weather was lovely we spent most of the day outside.

Claire was out in Birmingham once again with friends but she made us a lovely picnic before we dropped her off at the train station.

Orla and I then went to Mary Stevens Park for the majority of the afternoon, she played on the the climbing stuff, went down the zip line, did the assault course and there may have been an ice-cream.

She did lots of riding of her bike too and like her daddy found the mud.
