Solo ride on a glorious morning

I usually go out with the Aeron Grupetto on a Sunday morning but most of the lads were doing the Preseli sportive. The weather was glorious - sunny, warm and little wind. So I decided to do a pre breakfast 50km solo ride. I stopped off at Llyn Eiddwen and took today's blip. After Breakfast/brunch we went to New Quay for a beach walk followed by home and roast beef supper. A great day ended by watching a brilliant feel good film: "The Boys in the Boat" about the USA college rowing eight that won the Berlin 1936 Olympic gold much to Hitler's disgust.
