The difference a week makes! Mild and sunny after last week's snowy squalls. 
Strong commitment from this team. Most  are now into study leave and exams. But all here (one came straight down from thier late finishing exam!) Keen and engaged. 
Good thing too as they're straight into qualifying expedition in a months time. 

(O2 farce continued with a 90 mile round trip to the shop. Who couldn't solve it. All credit to the lovely guy who tried his best to help and was as frustrated/baffled by the ridiculous system. 
Eventually resorted to just taking out a new contract. So now paying for 2. While we wait for whatever it is o2 are doing.  Ridiculous)
