Public gardens

Brunch was in Halifax this morning so I decided my afternoon outing would be at the Public Gardens. Lots of narcissus in bloom and the early tulips are also blooming.

There is also a rare bird at the Gardens, an eastern kingbird has been staying there for the past few days. Once I knew what area to look for him, he was easy to spot. There had been a yellow throated warbler there too, but he has not been seen since Saturday morning, so no luck seeing that one.

Rain in the forecast for tomorrow morning, so we may start later than usual.
