Sunday = Nudgee Runners...

I joined them this week and we welcomed 2 newbies and had 2 familiar faces return... I walked 2 x 10 minute loops and I was very happy with that... I'm also pleased that I was sitting in the car when the rain arrived 20 minutes before the runners session was finished...
