A day in the garden
Spent most of today regaining energy in the garden. I shared the garden with a nesting blackbird, starlings and a brood of fledgling robins. The parents had no fear, provided I remained still, so I willingly obliged. Every now and again, I spotted a gardening chore that needed to be done, but (listening to my body) I took it easy before needing to rest again. Now there are fewer weeds, the daffodils are all tied back and the plants have room to grow.
My blip is the surprise wisteria - white - I was not expecting that, but it does look amazing. First year of flowering. I am looking forward to many more.
