Early

A nice day out with 16yo: to Settle on the train and then the loop walk up to Victoria and Jubilee caves. The trains ran on time, the weather was fine, the café’s were open…

It was nice to see a few patches of what I assume are Early Purple Orchids in the vicinity of Victoria Cave, and also a Wheatear on the descent back to Settle and plenty of cute lambs too (extras). No butterflies though.
