Frimley 10k

I ran my 1st competitive 10k this morning. I was so nervous!
I wanted to finish at least inside 1 HR 30.
I was so happy when I managed 1.04.9
My friend was by my side pacing me for the first 6k then she went off to get her own time.
Tom )my brother, n the picture) did the 5k and smashed it!
6th person in with a time of 20.50
We then went back to my friend Katharine's had a shower and she did a BBQ for us and a big group of our friends. 
Such a fantastic day
