Sandy Whiskers
We drove along to Ruby Bay at Elie this morning, five mins away, and walked around by the lighthouse and Lady’s Tower. I expected it to be busier but it was fine. We walked along the beach to Ardross and back then I sat on a piece of driftwood and watched Geordie dig a big hole in the sand.
What’s been Good about my Day:
Sitting on the beach in a sheltered spot listening to the waves gently lapping the sand and watching my boy digging his way to Australia.
Every wee while he would look across to check I was watching then set about his hole again. Filling it in and digging it out again. I’m sure he was smiling! Of course his whiskers and beard were full of sand by the time we left.
A good afternoon spent reading.
Then a walk around the park with Catriona and her dogs.
