Double exposure incident

One year my husband and I went to Hawaii and we were still using film in our camera. We took lots of photos, posed over here and there etc., my husband did not finish his roll of film. Before we were going thru the airport control, he took the film out of the camera so it would not be damaged.
Also, we did have a large camera bag for the camera including the lenses.
On our next trip to the Rainforest in the Northwest of the coast my husband took the film out of his camera bag and wanted to finish the roll. I don't know what happened but he started the film negative from the first one. When I picked up the film after it was being developed, there was a big surprise. Double exposure Hawaii and the Northwest Rainforest all in one.
At the time I was not amused.
