On 6th of every month I need to administer my osteoporosis injections so I did them this morning.  Decided to combine a shot of the two injection pens with a shot of the instruction sheet for the Mono Monday challenge - the theme is " Double Exposure ".  Thanks to carolina for hosting.

I didn't do much for most of the day but later on I was motivated to get into the back garden and tackle some more of the branches from the fallen lilac tree that I had already cut off.  I used secateurs to cut them into smaller pieces which would fit into the garden bin. The bin is due to be emptied tomorrow and this morning it was still empty.  But now its full to the brim.  The main part of the fallen tree is actually flowering now so some of the roots must be still in the ground.  So Im quite happy to leave the tree in its toppled state for the moment as the bees/butterflies will enjoy the flowers while they last. 

Today the weather was dull but dry and warm-ish.  Good to have a Bank Holiday where it didn't rain.
