Bank holiday

The chard has gone to seed but brightens up our vegetable bed. T has arranged some of her pots on the old ladder we can see from the kitchen windows. We have compromised on “no mow May” by mowing some paths through the longer grass and masses of daisies. (We didn’t mow properly in March or April due to all the rain.) The paths are also helping us plan sighting some new flowerbeds in the autumn.
