Wasted journeys

With Ottawacker Jr home from school again and Mrs Ottawacker feeling decidedly under the weather still, I decided it might be best to get out and do some of the things I had to do sooner rather than later. So I drove up to the hospital to see Armand, only to find that the hospital had other things for Armand to do (notably tests) so he was unavailable. I drove home.

The days was spent working and running around doing the odd things that needed to be done. I cooked a vegetable stir fry for dinner, then watched as the sickly ones around me looked miserably at their Friday dinner treat. So, we watch Julie and Julia, which naturally made them feel like they had missed much more.
