Happy Day

A 4k run
A 3.5k walk
An hour of Zumba;
for a day off there was a surprising amount of activity!

Then we went to Lawton for the fireworks. It's a bit of a love/hate thing; I don't particularly like the booms, I don't like what it does to pets and wildlife - but I do like to sit outside and go oooooooh and aaaaaaaaaaah.

And so I did.
