Sourdough

It looks like my sourdough starter that a friend gave me just before Scotland has survived incarceration in the fridge. I’ve got it out of hibernation with a view to making some sourdough during the week. Otherwise another nice bike ride and when I got home I finally cleaned all my bikes, a task I’ve been putting off for too long.
