Sunglasses Needed…

… I could barely look at this one. So bright!

We have had a quiet day at home, having expected to go to the hospital to supervise the Elderly One returning back to base.
However, they are running more tests. (And they let us know too late for us to go, it’s quite a journey, so we’ve taken it as a ‘win’ and I shall go tomorrow).

I have taken today as the opportunity to prepare some ‘just in case’ meals for the freezer. We have been trying (for ages now) to avoid processed food as much as possible. However, when you arrive home late, and are tired and hungry it’s kind of unavoidable. So, we haven’t been eating brilliantly over the past few days.
Our journey home takes us past quite an upmarket food shop that starts with em and ends up rhyming with ‘less’. (Though I often spend ‘more’ there). But they seem to have changed the recipe for the veggie moussaka I liked? (Maybe just me).
So I’ve made one or two.

Wondering what tomorrow will bring…
