Misty morning

Was up early walking the hound at 7.20am.  There was a slight chill in the air.  

Wheeled an old bicycle to donate to OWL bicycles run by a charity, the Papworth Trust which empowers disabled people  and encourages independent living skills.  The bicycle had languished in our garage for a few years as it was too expensive to rejuvenate it.  OWL bicycles said it would be on the road in a week!  I have a Dutch bicycle left by a Canadian former colleague which I'll take down to them. 

So I've got a lot of walking done today.

Made a leek & potato frittata for dinner.  

Another fine day forecast tomorrow.
