Awful photo

A cool wet day. We had a house viewing so I spent most of the day tidying away extraneous but everyday useful stuff. Normally I slip away just before Gianluca arrives with his clients in tow. But I got trapped on the inside today - I’d decided to light the log burner.

It was a lightning visit and left me perplexed. You go to ‘all that effort’ and in half an hour your prospects have left.

J had had a long day of it in Florence and seen a nasty smash on the way back.

We’re hoping for better weather tomorrow, metaphorically and meteorologically.
