Sunny and warm... hurrah! I spent a happy time outside potting on seedlings.  Disappointed that none of the cosmos seeds from Sarah Raven ever germinated.. they were bought this year so no excuse.  Why do I keep buying them from her.. I always ask myself that and the answer is that if she has such a beautiful garden then maybe her seeds will help me too.. unfortunately that is not the case as they don't seem to germinate for me. 
Had supper with boaty daughter this evening in order to get her reunited with her car.. she needs it tomorrow. Tricky when you move your boat but can't get back to the car!!  I am glad she is only about 30 minutes drive away just now. 
Now to repopulate the porch. .. all painting complete and I think I do hate the colour.. ho hum.  At least it is clean and fresh for now. (extra)
